World Marriage Day Thinking Of You for Festive Friday #FF0201

Welcome to Festive Friday #FF0201 where we are celebrating National Marriage Day! Below you will see our Inspo List that was inspired by this holiday. We hope the Inspo list will inspire you to create card based on the theme and/or the inspiration list. Your card doesn’t have to celebrate the holiday. It is okay for it to look very different! There is a new Festive Friday Challenge every other week.

This Thinking of You card features the Nature’s Symphony stamp set for the foliage and the background stamp and sentiments from the Friendly Foliage stamp set. It was fun to make the collage style background using the background stamp in both stamped off Misty Moonlight and Whisper White ink. The white ink is tough to see – you can notice best on the dark foliage. The rings were created by stamping with a water bottle cap! Heat embossing the sentiment let’s you use the dark, bold Secret Sea color for the focal point.

Are you wondering what items I chose from the Inspo List? I chose White, Heat Embossing and Rings. I’m not sure that I interpreted “rings” as intended, but creative license is okay, right? What items would you choose for your project?

The Cute as a Bug Stamp Camp includes prerecorded videos and a bundle of written tutorials showing how to make the 13 Make & Take card kit cards. Live videos showing additional cards and techniques are presented the weekend of the camp in an exclusive FaceBook group. You will have 26 projects and many tips for successful creating with this suite by the time Stamp Camp is over! It’s a great value!

There are challenges and more! Everything happens in a private Facebook Group that will stay on Facebook for as long as Facebook allows it. We will also upload the videos to YouTube so that those who participate in the stamp camp can view them indefinitely.
