Each time I send a Thank You note to my customers, I want them to feel special and appreciated as well as inspired. For this month’s card I used the Heartwarming Hugs variety of papers but not in a Christmas-y way. I love how you can make non-holiday cards with this paper too. You may have some pieces left over from your holiday cards and I hope this will inspire you to make a few birthday, thinking of you, or thank you cards. I do feel there is a nice “warmth” in the colors of these papers.
Here is how I made this card:
Card Base: Early Espresso 5 1/2″ x 8 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
Card Front: 5 1/4″ x 4″ of Heartwarming Hugs DSP
Sentiment and Vine: Whisper white: about 5 1/2″ x 6″The vine was stamped using the Quite Curvy stamp set and colored with Old Olive and Mossy Meadow blends, using the light and dark of each. It was then cut out with the corresponding die from the Quite Curvy Bundle.
