Stitched Leaf Card

Here’s a beautiful fall card made with the Gathering Together patterned papers and the Gathering Moments stamp and die bundle. Stampin’ Up! hit a grand slam with this bundle. The papers are gorgeous, the stamps are distinktive so they shade themselves and the dies are so fancy. That large leaf die can be cut with those stitching holes in it (or without, if you prefer. )

It was so much fun to do a little stitching on the card using the Linen Thread that is part of the suite. The sentiment is on a piece die cut with one of the Textured Notes dies. It’s a simple card but so pretty.

Here are the measurements you need to make it:

Cajun Craze card base 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″.
Patterned Paper 5 1/8″ x 3 7/8″
Early Espresso Mat 5 1/4″ x 4″
Mossy Meadow cardstock for leaf
Crumb Cake for sentiment die cut with 2nd smallest Textured Notes rectangle
Embellish with Cajun Craze & Gold Dots.

Painterly Pears Class

Join me the October Card Class in the Mail. We’ll make 8 cards (2 of 4 designs) so you’ll have a supply of cards on hand for all occasions.

For October you will receive 1/2 pack of Painterly Pears Designer Series Paper, a package of Low Profile Sparkle dots, and a spool of Mossy Meadow & Gold ribbon along with the card kits for 2 each of 4 cards. PDF tutorial will be emailed/provided for in person classes. You will need to provide INK, SENTIMENTS, and adhesives. Cost is $44 and includes shipping.

Two options – in person or by mail.

In Person – class will be held on the last Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm.
By mail – Zoom will be held on the last Tuesday of the month at 3 pm. The class will be recorded and the replay available via YouTube if you can’t attend the class. You can substitute stamp sets or add the stamp set/bundle to your order and use your own inks.

There is the option to add on the stamp set or bundle. You can choose to add the stamp set ($20) or the stamp set and punch bundle ($42.25). Shipping will be on me!

Our design team will also be using the Iridescent Foil Gems on their cards as there is not an embellishment included in the suite.

The Modern Christmas Stamp Camp includes prerecorded videos and a bundle of written tutorials showing how to make the 13 Make & Take card kit cards. Live videos showing additional cards and techniques are presented the weekend of the camp. You will have 26 projects and many tips for successful creating with this suite by the time Stamp Camp is over! It’s a great value!

There are challenges and more! Everything happens in a private Facebook Group that will stay on Facebook for as long as Facebook allows it. We will also upload the videos to YouTube so that those who participate in the stamp camp can view them indefinitely.
