Simply Leaves Hello for Festive Friday #FF0216

Welcome to Festive Friday #FF0216 where we are celebrating National Zoo Awareness Day! Below you will see our Inspo List that was inspired by this holiday. We hope the Inspo list will inspire you to create a card based on the theme and/or the inspiration list. Your card doesn’t have to celebrate the holiday. It is okay for it to look very different! There is a new Festive Friday Challenge every other week.

This fall card features the Simply Leaves bundle with a soft color palette of Crumb Cake, Cajun Craze and Soft Sea Foam with a tough of Peaceful Pine. This bundle comes with a punch making it so easy to stamp leaves and then punch them out. It also showcases two new embossing folders the Seasonal Cheer Mini Embossing folder was used on the Crumb Cake leaf. (It is a pack of 3 embossing folders! Check it out! The Textured Tree Ring embossing folder was used on the rectangle of Peaceful Pine cardstock. And, what about that sentiment? Isn’t it perfect?

Here is the Inspo List for this challenge:

Are you wondering what items I chose from the Inspo List? I chose Neutral Colors, Texture and Jungle Leaves for my items. What items would you choose for your project?

To play along with us just use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up to the #festivefridaychallenge. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Check out this link on how you can play along with this challenge. If you want help entering, please email me (lorraine@chatncraftwithlorraine.com) and I’d be happy to help you!

Here is the inside of my card:

A little strip of patterned paper finishes off the inside. This would make a great thinking of you or just because card.
