Welcome to the Ink Stamp Share Easter or Spring Themed Hop. We are hoping to bring you lots of inspiration for your spring card making. I’ve chosen to use the Sending Smiles bundle with almost all of the 2022-2024 In Colors. Suddenly it seems that I haven’t used them enough.

I love the bright, happy cheerful feel to this card. Orchid Oasis and Tahitian Tide are such a fun combination. That nice bold sentiment is from the Throughout the Year stamp set. A must have in your collection because, well, you’ll use it throughout the year. It has a great variety of sentiments.
Instructions for the Sending smiles easter card
- Cut a Starry Sky card base 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″.
- Run a 5 1/4″ x 4″ Basic White mat through your Cut & Emboss machine in the Timeworn type embossing folder.
- Stamp three flowers in Orchid Oasis and 3 flowers in Fresh Freesia. Use Tahitian Tide centers on the Orchid Oasis flowers and Orchid Oasis centers on the Fresh Freesia ones. Die cut.
- Stamp the larger stem twice in Parakeet Party ink. Die cut.
- Also stamp the leaves in Parakeet Party ink two times and die cut.
- Use Starry Sky ink to stamp Happy Easter on a scrap of Basic White. Trim to about 3/4″ x 3 3/8″.
- Mat on a piece of Starry Sky card stock cut 1″ x 3 5/8″. Adhere to the card base.
- Arrange and adhere the flowers and leaves on the card front. Add a few tiny die cut flowers from Tahitian Tide card stock.
- Place Tahitian Tide pearls from the 2022-2024 In Color Pearls in the center of the little flowers.
- Use Parakeet Party ink to stamp the tall stem on the inside Basic White mat (5 1/4″ x 4″.) Add an Orchid Oasis large flower and a Tahitian Tide center.
