Welcome to the International Blog Highlights Gallery. This is the blog hop where you get to see lots of beautiful cards and hopefully, vote for my Queen Bee Wreath card as one of the Top 10.

I chose to make a spring wreath with the Queen Bee bundle. (It is an online exclusive and not in the catalog any longer.) The soft pastels of Pool Party, Petal Pink and Flirty Flamingo make you picture a spring day, I hope. The sentiment is from the new Latte Love stamp set.
I hope you will visit the photo gallery and VOTE FOR ME! My card is #7 in the gallery. If I make it to the Top 10 (with your help) then I can participate in the Winners blog hop. I’d appreciate the chance to do that.
instructions for the Queen Bee Wreath Card
- Cut a Petal Pink card base 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″.
- Run a 5 1/4″ x 4″ piece of Pool Party card stock through your Cut & Emboss machine in the Timeworn Type 3D embossing folder.
- Rough up the edges of this piece by scratching your open scissors down the sides. Crinkle the top left corner and work to free a layer of the card stock.
- Use a dauber to add just a hint of White Craft Ink to the raised portion of the mat. Adhere to the front of the card base.
- Die cut 2 “partial wreaths” from Old Olive card stock and 2 from Granny Apple Green card stock.
- Adhere the Old Olive pieces first and then layer the Granny Apple Green pieces on top.
- Cut 3 large and 3 small flowers from a scrap of Flirty Flamingo card stock.
- Using Petal Pink, cut 2 large and 3 small flowers.
- Stamp the “Thanks so much” sentiment on Pool Party with Early Espresso ink. Trim as shown.
- Layer the sentiment on a scrap of Early Espresso cut with the label from the Gorgeously Made dies.
- Adhere that to the wreath with dimensionals and then adhere the flowers around the sentiment using glue dots.
- Add a Rustic Adhesive Backed Metallic dot to the center of each flower.
- Die cut a small bee from a Daffodil Delight scrap and adhere to the wreath.
- Stamp two flowers on a 5 1/4″ x 4″ Basic White mat for the inside of the card.
