How about sending a card that also has small gift included. This Bookmark card will give the recipient a bookmark to use and think of you each time they do. This bookmark card is decorated with the A Little Latte patterned papers and a sentiment from the Garden Meadow stamp set.

By the way, if you order the Garden Meadow Stamp set and the Garden Meadow dies separately you can save almost 50% off the bundle price as these are part of the Last Chance Sale! It’s quite a deal!
instructions for the No Better Friend Book Mark Card
Cutting Your Papers:
Lost Lagoon Card base: 5 1/2″ x 11″, score at 2 1/2″ and 6 3/4″
Calypso Coral 2 1/8″ x 10″, score at 5″
A Little Latte Patterned paper: 5 1/4″ x 4″ for the front, 2 1/4″ x 5 1/4″ for the book mark flap
Basic White for inside 5 1/4″ x 4″ and 1 7/8″ x 4 3/4″
Heartfelt Hexagon Label punched in Basic White and Lost Lagoon
Lost Lagoon Ribbon and Baker’s Twine Essential pack
1. Cut and score your card base.
2. With the two large sections of the card base on your left, fold the 2 1/2″ section back to the left.
3. Fold the card base so it closes like a traditional card with the extra flap on the front. Burnish your folds
4. Make an “X” with a pencil on the top area of the small flap to denote that this is what you want to cut off. NOTE: HOW MUCH YOU CUT OFF FOR THE BOOKMARK FLAP IS UP TO YOU. THERE IS NO MEASUREMENT FOR THIS.
5. Put the card base in your trimmer so the 2 1/2″ score line is in the cutting channel at the top of the timmer and the left edge of the bookmark flap is in the cutting channel as well. Cut.
6. Put your piece of patterned paper on the front of the card.
7. Adhere the bookmark flap to the front with glue on the SHORT side and BOTTOM only.
8. Fold your 2 1/8″ x 10″ piece of card stock in half on the 5″ score line.
9. Use the Very Best Trio Punch to notch one corner. Then turn the bookmark OVER and punch the second corner. (This punch is on sale for a STEAL. I use it all the time!)
10. Punch the corners on the small Basic White piece the same way. Stamp a sentiment and design on it as well.
11. Adhere this piece to the card stock bookmark.
12. Use the Very Best Trio punch to make a ribbon hole through all three layers.
13. Add a piece of ribbon through the hole. Tie a bow around it with twine.
14. Use the sentiment from the Garden Meadow stamp set and stamp with Lost Lagoon ink.
15. Add a small flower in Lemon Lolly.
16. Cut the Lost Lagoon hexagon in half horizontally and adhere each half to the Basic White hexagon with a small border showing on the top and bottom.
17. Adhere to the front of the card with dimensionals on the left side and glue on the rights side.
18. Stamp an inside sentiment and design if desired on the Basic White insert. Adhere in place.
The image on this card is from the Courage & Faith stamp set.

I hope you will give this card a try! It would make a great card for members of a Book Club or Bible Study group as well as any one who enjoys reading.
