National Beach Day Relax Card

Welcome to Festive Friday #FF0191 where we are celebrating National Beach Day! Below you will see our Inspo List that was inspired by this holiday. We hope the Inspo list will challenge you to create card based on the theme and/or the inspiration list.

To play along with us just use three or more items from the inspiration list on your project and link up to the #festivefridaychallenge. You don’t need a blog to enter Festive Friday. Remember, your project does not have to celebrate the actual occasion- just make a card, 3D item, or scrapbook page using 3 items on the list. There is a new Festive Friday Challenge every other week.

Back to Festive Friday Challenge #0191- National Beach Day. I used the Just a Note bundle along with the Notes & Totes bundle to make this fun card. I chose the following items from the Inspo List: shades of blue, pearls, sun, shells, and a “relax” sentiment.

Here is a close up of those gorgeous shells.

To make this card, cut the following papers…

Crumb Cake card base 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, score at 4 1/4″
Blueberry Bushel 5 1/4″ x 4″
Balmy Blue DSP from Beautiful Bokeh pack, die cut with the 7th from center Banner Die
Basic White to stamp and die cut
Crumb Cake scrap and Basic Beige scrap for die cutting the shells and paper clip
Blueberry Bushel scrap to die cut heart shaped paper clip

The inside has a great sentiment as well and a fancy little heart paper clip in the corner.

Join me this month for my Card Class in the Mail- All Occasion Stamp-a-Stack. We’ll make 8 cards (2 of 4 designs) so you’ll have a supply of cards on hand for all occasions. For August we will use the Inspiring Imperfections stamp set.

Cost is $35.00 (local) or $40 (by mail) or free with a minimum of a $50 order (before taxes and shipping and after any Stampin’ Rewards are applied).

Two options – in person or by mail.

In Person – class will be held on the last Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm.
By mail – Zoom will be held on the last Tuesday of the month at 3 pm. The class will be recorded and the replay available via YouTube if you can’t attend the class. You can substitute stamp sets or add the stamp set/punch to your order and use your own inks.

There is the option to add on the stampset or bundle. You can choose to add the stamp set ($19) or the stamp set and punch bundle ($42.25). Shipping will be on me!
