Welcome to the Ink Stamp Share Showcase Hop. This is always a great hop because we get to show you whatever we like. Today I will be sharing a card inspired by a big tub of protein powder. Yup, you read that correctly!
Here’s my Lovely & Sweet Hello Friend card.

The three green pieces were cut with the pointy die from the Basic Borders Dies. These dies will be retiring soon and are only available while supplies last or until April 30. That great sentiment comes from the Inked & Tiled stamp set (also retiring soon.)
Now here is a photo of my inspiration.

Perhaps I had too much coffee… or maybe, not enough. Anyway, when I saw this vanilla flower and those greens behind it, I just knew I had to try to create a card based on this.
Here’s what I started with:
- Garden Green Card base: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″
- Gold square piece of Nature’s Sweetness DSP cut 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Parakeet Party, Granny Apple Green and Garden Green card stock each 5 1/4″ x 4″
- Scrap Thick Basic White for stamping and coloring
- 2 1/4″ fancy circle cut with the Spotlight on Nature dies (to be released on May 1 with new catalog)
- Two Granny Apple Green sprigs cut with Notes of Nature dies.
- Sparkle Adhesive Backed gems
- Stampin’ Blends in assorted colors.
Here’s a close up look at the flower and the beautiful circle cut with the Spotlight on Nature dies.
