The Crafty Collaborations Team is comprised of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world. Each month we participate in several collaborative projects, including Blog Hops, like this one, to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.
This month’s Stampin Dreams blog hop is all about florals. There is no shortage of floral stamps available AND you will love this new Online Exclusive suite called Hello, Irresistible. The Irresistible Blooms stamp set is amazing, the dies are perfect, and the paper is one you’ll buy in multiple packs. I have loved every card I’ve made with this set so far.

Lately, I have used a lot of Night of Navy card stock and ink. I’ve been joking that I am in a Night of Navy phase of life. I love the combination of Flirty Flamingo and Night of Navy in this card. I also love that the flowers are die cut from the package of patterned papers. That means they will match exactly! I also love that string of pearls cut by one of the Irresistible Bloom dies. There is so much to love about this suite.
INstructions
- Start with a Flirty Flamingo card base cut 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and scored at 4 1/4″.
- Cut a mat 5 1/4″ x 4″ from Night of Navy card stock.
- Center the circle die on a piece of patterned paper cut 3 3/4″ x 5″. Run through your cut and emboss machine.
- Adhere a piece of Basic White cut 3 5/8″ x 4 7/8″ to the back of the patterned paper. Stamp the sentiment from the Flowering Tulips stamp set in Night of Navy on the Basic White slightly to the right of center inside the circle.
- Adhere this to the Night of Navy mat and adhere the mat to the card base.
- Die cut two flowers from the patterned paper. Adhere the larger flower on the left with adhesive (leave edges without adhesive to allow leaves to slide under.) Pop the smaller flower up on dimensionals to the right of it.
- Cut three leaves from Night of Navy with the “open” leaf die and tuck under the flowers.
- Add three Flirty Flamingo dots from the Loose Frosted Dots.
