Welcome to the Stampin’ Dreams Blog Hop. Today our theme is Hearts, Hearts, Hearts! So guess what I made! A Valentine, of course.
The Hearts of Elegance (online exclusive) is a beautiful suite with so many gorgeous papers. Here I have paired the stamps and dies with the brand new Beautiful Bokeh paper from the January – April 2025 Mini Catalog. Fresh Freesia and Balmy Blue are such a lovely, soft combination but still have the feel of Valentine’s Day.
The Hearts of Elegance dies are wonderful as well. There are so many heart sizes and also hearts with texture and stitching as you can see in the photo.
The layout used is really a Stack & Shuffle one that I’ve used with 4 different papers previously. For this card I made all the same cuts but with just one piece of patterned papers. You can see the original Stack & Shuffle here.
instructions for Hearts of Elegance xoxo card
- Cut a Fresh Freesia card base 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″. Burnish your fold.
- Select the piece of Beautiful Bokeh paper and cut to 4″ x 5 1/4″.
- With the 4″ side of your paper at the top of your trimmer make your first cut at 2 3/4″.
- Take the piece you cut off and turn it counter clockwise and cut at 2″. Set aside.
- Turn the remaining larger piece counter clockwise and cut at 3″.
- Arrange your pieces on the card front as shown. Adhere with even spaces around and between the pieces.
- Die cut the textured heart and smaller heart from Balmy Blue scraps of card stock.
- Die cut the stitched heart from a scrap of Fresh Freesia.
- Adhere the textured Balmy Blue heart directly to the card front. Pop the other two hearts up on dimensionals.
- Add three pearls.
- On the inside 5 1/4″ x 4″ piece of Basic White, stamp Sending Lots of Love in Fresh Freesia ink and adhere.

You can add $12.50 of any product you’d like to your order to bring your total to the cost of the suite ($89.50). I will let you know when the paper is available and you can order it then.
Join me this month for my Card Class in the Mail- All Occasion Stamp-a-Stack. We’ll make 8 cards (2 of 4 designs) so you’ll have a supply of cards on hand for all occasions. For August we will use the Inspiring Imperfections stamp set.
Cost is $35.00 (local) or $40 (by mail) or free with a minimum of a $50 order (before taxes and shipping and after any Stampin’ Rewards are applied).
Two options – in person or by mail.
- In Person – class will be held on the last Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm.
- By mail – Zoom will be held on the last Tuesday of the month at 3 pm. The class will be recorded and the replay available via YouTube if you can’t attend the class. You can substitute stamp sets or add the stamp set/punch to your order and use your own inks.
There is the option to add on the stampset or bundle. You can choose to add the stamp set ($19) or the stamp set and punch bundle ($42.25). Shipping will be on me!
