Happy Easter Festive Friday #FF205

Welcome to Festive Friday #FF0205 where we are celebrating Easter! Below you will see our Inspo List that was inspired by this holiday. We hope the Inspo list will inspire you to create a card based on the theme and/or the inspiration list. Your card doesn’t have to celebrate the holiday. It is okay for it to look very different! There is a new Festive Friday Challenge every other week.

This Happy Easter card features the Choose Happy Stamp set for all of the images and the sentiment. Two different sizes of the Stylish Shapes squares dies makes a fun, clean and simple layout. The color palette is soft pastels and the Balmy Blue ribbon is the perfect accent.

Here is the inside of my card:

That beautiful sentiment of Sending Flowers and Sunshine comes from the Woolly Friends stamp set. It is such a perfect Easter and spring sentiment.

instructions to make the Happy easter card

Cut a card base 4 1/4″ x 11″ and score at 5 1/2″
Use the smallest square from the Stylish Shapes dies to cut a Lemon Lolly and Pretty in Pink piece of card stock.
Use Lemon Lolly ink to stamp a sun on the Lemon Lolly square and Pretty in Pink ink to stamp a flower on the Pretty in Pink square.
Die cut a square with the 3rd largest Stylish Shapes square and stamp a bunny in the lower right corner using Memento Ink.
On a scrap of Balmy Blue card stock stamp Happy and Easter using Misty Moonlight ink. Fussy cut these out. Adhere to the square.
Wrap a piece of Balmy Blue Gingham ribbon around a 5 1/4″ x 4″ piece of Basic White and tie a bow.
Adhere the white square with dimensionals so that it spans the ribbon.
Add the Pretty in Pink square and the Lemon Lolly square to the front as shown.
Add three white flowers from the Hues Of Blues pack of embellishments.
On the inside stamp the Sunshine & Flowers sentiment in Misty Moonlight and a flower using Pretty in Pink.
