Welcome to the Ink & Inspiration June Blog Hop. We have a sketch challenge for you this month. I really enjoy a sketch AND I always deviate from it a bit. That’s okay. A sketch is just a starting point…a bit of inspiration.

Here is this month’s Sketch.

And, here is the card that I created. As you can see, I flipped the sketch over because I changed which side of the paper I wanted to use. That’s the problem with papers that are so pretty on each side.

I used the Frames & Flowers papers. It comes with a few sheets of paper and then three sheets of die cuts. These die cuts are beautiful and just about “fall out” of the papers. That means you are not left with the little “nubbies” that you have to snip off. It can be a bit of a storage challenge with all these small pieces. Popping them in an empty stamp case or a sleeve protector would be a great way to store them.

While I had the papers out I decided to case another card by Peta Stephens from Australia. Isaw her card on Pinterest and loved it. I changed her design up slightly by using a Pretty Peacock card base and embossing my sentiment. I love this card as well.

Christmas Stamp a Stack

Join me each month starting in July for my 2024 Christmas Stamp-a-Stack. We’ll make 8 cards each month (2 each of 4 designs) so you’ll be getting ahead on your Christmas cards each month.

Cost is $40 (local) or $45 (by mail) each month or free with a minimum of a $45 order (before taxes and shipping). 

Sign up for the full 5 months and you’ll receive a $25 bonus in product of your choice. 

Two options – in person or by mail.  

• In Person – class will be held on the last Monday (July, Aug) or Wednesday (Sept, Oct, Nov) of each month at 6:30 pm.
• By mail – Zoom will be held on the last Tuesday of each month at 2:30 pm. The class will be recorded and available via YouTube, to watch (or rewatch) at your convenience.  You will substitute your own stamp sets or add the stamp set/dies to your order. 
• Send me an email to sign up for the Stamp a Stack classes.

Each month there will be an option to purchase the stamp set or bundle we will be using. Costs will be based on product used.
