Rich Razzleberry Ink, Itty Bitty Birthday Stamp Set
The banner die is from the Tasteful Labels set of dies.
Scraps for sentiment and any dies/punches, or decorations
Sticky note (3″ x 3″), Adhesives, trimmer, bone folder, bling
Begin by folding your card base in half and burnishing it on the fold. Add the first piece of Berry Delightful paper (5 1/4″ x 4″) to the front of the card. Use extra adhesive in the top right corner as shown below.
Then place the sticky note in the top right hand corner on top of the card front as the photo above illustrates. You will cut along the left hand edge and bottom edge of this sticky note BUT start cutting 5/8″ from the edge of the card and cut until you line up with the corner of the sticky note. When you cut, put the edge of the sticky note (marked with 5/8″) on the cutting groove and the other edge of the 3″ line of your cutter. The photos below show what I mean. Your card will be moved up to the top edge of the trimmer….I just wanted you to see the 3″ mark.
(Please excuse the torn paper in these photos. I’ve taken the card apart several times to photograph!)
To finish the card, adhere the small strip and your sentiment along the lower portion of the card front. Adhere the white mat inside the card! You are now done! Phew! The first time is always the most difficult!
