Today I have a fun box that you can make to hold 4-6 full size cards. It would make a perfect gift for friends, family, co-workers, and customers. This box features the Painterly Pears designer series papers and the Perfectly Pear stamp set.
Here’s the inside of the box. Pardon my photos as this is not easy to photograph.

Here’s what you need to prepare for card stock and papers.
- INSIDE BOX Card Stock: 9 5/8″ x 6 1/4″
- Card Stock mat for inside: 4 1/4″ wide x 2 3/4″ tall
- Patterned Paper for inside: 4″ wide x 2 1/2″ tall
- Patterned Paper for sides : 3/4″ wide x 5 1/2″ tall (need 2)
- Box Flap Card Stock: 4 3/4″ wide x 11″ tall
- Front Flap Patterned Paper #1: 4 3/4″ wide x 5″ tall
- Lower Front Flap Patterned Paper #2 4 3/4″ wide x 2″ tall (need 2 of these)
The easiest way to make this box is to prepare the papers and watch the video. I will go step by step through the scoring, cutting and gluing process. You’ll be able to complete the box quickly.
The box created on the video was done using the 2025-2027 In Color DSP which is on sale during the month of August 2025. Timid Tiger is one of my favorite colors!

Join me this month for my Card Class in the Mail- All Occasion Stamp-a-Stack. We’ll make 8 cards (2 of 4 designs) so you’ll have a supply of cards on hand for all occasions. For August we will use the Inspiring Imperfections stamp set.
Cost is $35.00 (local) or $40 (by mail) or free with a minimum of a $50 order (before taxes and shipping and after any Stampin’ Rewards are applied).
Two options – in person or by mail.
- In Person – class will be held on the last Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm.
- By mail – Zoom will be held on the last Tuesday of the month at 3 pm. The class will be recorded and the replay available via YouTube if you can’t attend the class. You can substitute stamp sets or add the stamp set/punch to your order and use your own inks.
There is the option to add on the stampset or bundle. You can choose to add the stamp set ($19) or the stamp set and punch bundle ($42.25). Shipping will be on me!
