The Crafty Collaborations Team is comprised of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world. Each month we participate in several collaborative projects, including Blog Hops, like this one, to inspire all of us in our passion for crafting. Our goal is to create, share, and inspire every crafter to keep our creative energy flowing.
Today’s blog hop features the Delicate Wings paper pumpkin kit (April 2024.) This kit is amazing and making the cards as instructed yields nine beautiful cards. It was hard for me to use the pieces in a different manner. I love the provided layouts so much. Here’s what the three cards look like as directed.
I think this is my favorite card in the kit. I did cut the card bases in half and adhere half to a Thick Basic White card base so that I can have twice as many card fronts.
Again, I cut the card base in half to have twice as many card fronts. I also switched up the orientation of the darker speckled piece of card stock and the butterflies. Those butterflies are so beautiful.
Well, you go it. I cut the card bases in half again. I also popped up the little butterflies as well as the sentiment. These cards are soo beautiful.
I decided to play with the Thanks & Beyond add on dies. I used all the dies to make this next card. The label, the butterfly and the Thanks.
It’s just a sweet, happy Thanks card using the papers from the Bee Mine pack.
For this next card, I decided to go a bit fancy with papers from the Nature’s Sweetness pack and Distressed Gold (which may no longer be available.) I die cut three of the butterflies. They are so delicate!
As you can see, I kept it really simple. The card base is Wild Wheat as is the ink for the sentiment. That sentiment is from the April kit. I just cut the words apart.

Techniques across the Border Classes

General Information:
Join Melva and me to learn (or learn more) about a new technique each month. Our class will be held via Zoom on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM Eastern Time. We will explore the technique and make 4 projects in each class.
There are 2 options for each class:
Option 1 – Class Cost $35 and includes 4 projects and a selection of supplies you need to make the projects
Option 2 – If you have the products for the technique – Class Cost FREE with an order of at least $35 before shipping and taxes
