Delicate Forest with Granny Apple Green

Welcome to the International Blog Highlights Winners Hop. I am so excited to be hopping with this talented group of demonstrators. It is with many thanks to all of you that I am a part of this hop. For this hop I created a card with the Delicate Forest stamp set. It is such a versatile set with it’s encouraging sentiments. And trees! Trees are such a wonderful image for so many cards- even those tricky masculine ones.

I love the combination of Night of Navy and Granny Apple Green. I also added a bit of texture with an embossing folder and blending brush. (It is tough to see in the photo.)

The inside of the card has the same trees as the small circle on the front.

Night of Navy card base: 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″, scored at 4 1/4″

Night of Navy mat: 5 1/4″ x 4″ embossed with Timber Embossing folder

Basic White: 4 3/8″ x 1″ (3)

Basic White 5 1/4″ x 4″ for inside
