The Country Floral Lane paper is just perfect for this One Sheet Wonder. Grab a piece of 6″ x 6″ paper and you can make three cards in a snap! Here I’ve used Petal Pink, Pool Party and Poppy Parade to make these cards. The circles were cut with the Stylish Shapes dies while the hearts were stamped and punched using the Country Bouquet Bundle.
Once you choose a 6″ x 6″ piece of Country Floral Lane paper, cut it according to the template below. If your paper has a one way pattern, make sure you have it in the correct orientation when you begin cutting. This will result in it being in the correct orientation for your cards.

Begin by cutting off a 2″ strip. Then turn this strip counter clockwise and trim it to 5 1/4″. (The 3/4″ piece is not used.) Next take the 4″ x 6″ piece and place it with the 6″ side along the top of your trimmer. Trim at 3″.
You will now mat these three pieces on card stock (color #2). Cut one piece 2 1/4″ x 5 1/4″. Adhere your 2″ x 5 1/4″ piece of Country Floral Lane paper to this. There will be a border on the sides only. Mat the two remaining pieces of Country Floral Lane paper on 3 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ mats.
You will need 3 card bases cut 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and scored at 4 1/4″. If the card bases are not Basic White or Very Vanilla, you will want a 5 1/4″ x 4″ mat to go on the inside.
**IF you prefer to cut your card stock all at once, see the list at the end of the instructions.***
Card 1:

Cut a coordinating piece of card stock 5 1/4″ x 4″ and emboss with the Gingham Embossing Folder. Adhere this piece to your card base. Adhere the matted patterned paper to the left side. On this example, I did not leave a border on the left. On the example at the top of this post, I did.
Add your sentiment on the 2nd largest Stylish Shapes die cut square. Pop up on dimensionals.
Card 2:

This card is in landscape orientation. Cut a coordinating piece of card stock 5 1/2″ x 1 3/4″ and emboss, id desired. Adhere it across the card base about 1/4″ from the bottom. Adhere the matted card stock to the front and add your sentiment. The “No one deserves a happier birthday than you” is from the Flowering Tulips stamp set.
Card 3:

This card is also in landscape orientation but also looks great rotated into portrait layout. Cut a piece of coordinating card stock 4 1/4″ x 2″ and adhere to the card base about 1/2″ from the left edge. Center the matted patterned paper on the card front. Add your sentiment as desired. “Thanks a bunch” is from the Celebrate Sunflowers stamp set.

This last example uses Country Floral Lane patterned paper with a very subtle print instead of the 3rd color of card stock. (Your card base is color #1, mat is color #2, and then the piece adhered directly to the card base is #3.) I used the Heart punches to layer my hearts and the “A Note of Thanks” sentiment is from the Sending Smiles bundle.
I sure hope you will give this One Sheet Wonder a try. It’s a fun way to make three cards with little to no waste of your beautiful patterned papers.
