Clean & Simple Storybook Garden Patch Cards

Welcome to the Ink Stamp Share Showcase Hop. Today we get to share whatever we’ve been working on with you. We hope to inspire you to get out some ink and stamp a bit!

I’ve been playing with the Storybook Garden Patch bundle and loving these stamps. I don’t often do clean and simple cards but I always love them when I do. So today, I’m sharing a few cards that are quick, easy and clean & simple.

The first card uses just a bit of Timeless Plaid patterned paper with a strip of Basic Gray card stock underneath it. The watering can was stamped on a scrap of Basic White, colored with Lost Lagoon Stampin’ Blends and then popped up on the front. Hello Friend is from the Storybook Moments stamp set- the second set in the Storybook Moments suite. Clean, simple and quick!

The strawberries were next up on my radar. They are so “sweet!”

For this card, I just rotated the card base to a landscape orientation and placed the sentiment next to the die cut rather than below it.

Last, but not least is the lovely carrot.

The carrot took center stage in this card. I decided to skip the patterned paper and challenge myself to leave it REALLY clean and simple. I’m not sure I’ve ever made a card so quickly! That is one benefit to clean and simple. They are quick!

In Person – class will be held on the last Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm.
By mail – Zoom will be held on the last Tuesday of the month at 3 pm. The class will be recorded and the replay available via YouTube if you can’t attend the class. You can substitute stamp sets or add the stamp set/punch to your order and use your own inks.

There is the option to add on the stampset or bundle. You can choose to add the stamp set ($19) or the stamp set and punch bundle ($42.25). Shipping will be on me!
