Artisan Sketched Garden Card for National Photography Day

Welcome to Festive Friday #FF0215where we are celebrating World Photography Day! Below you will see our Inspo List that was inspired by this holiday. We hope the Inspo list will inspire you to create a card based on the theme and/or the inspiration list. Your card doesn’t have to celebrate the holiday. It is okay for it to look very different! There is a new Festive Friday Challenge every other week.

This bright and cheery card features the bold black and white Artisan Sketched Garden papers and a sentiment from the Nature’s Symphony stamp set. I love how the Daffodil Delight card base and accents really pop with the black & white.

Here is the inside of my card:

A little strip of patterned paper finishes off the inside until I am ready to add a sentiment. I may use this for a birthday card, thinking of you card or even one for congratulations.

Instructions for the Artisan sketched garden card for National photography day

Cut a Daffodil Delight card base 8 1/2″ x 5 1/2″ and score at 4 1/4″.
Adhere a 3 5/8″ x 4 7/8″ piece of Artisan Sketched Garden paper to a 3 3/4″ x 5″ piece of Basic Black card stock.
Cut a long, thin banner from a scrap of Daffodil Delight card stock and then cut it in half.
Stamp your sentiment with black ink on a 1 3/4″ circle punched from Daffodil Delight card stock.
Adhere that to a 2″ Basic White circle.
Glue the banner to the back of the white circle.
Pop the circle up on the front of the card with dimensionals.
Add three Low Profile Sparkle dots.
Add a 3/8″ x 5 1/4″ strip of the same Artisan Sketched Garden paper to the 5 1/4″ x 4″ piece of Basic White for the inside.
Adhere to the inside.
Add a sentiment if desired.
