This Note of Thanks Tailored Made Tags card was created to play along with the Freshly Made Sketches #630. It is a fun sketch that immediately caught my eye.
You may be looking at that sketch and wonder how my card even relates to it a little. Well, I’m here to tell you that there are a lot of similarities- at least in my mind! Those three rectangles inspired my use of the Tailor Made Tags dies (which will be retiring on when supply is depleted or on April 30.) I just could not find a layout I liked with them tipped on their side. So I rotated them!
I love the combination of Night of Navy, Coastal Cabanna, and Flirty Flamingo. Since we are receiving 12-14 inches of snow as I write this, I decided to have spring at least on my craft table.
The Petal Park stamp set (also retiring) and coordinating punch (sticking around) has been my go to lately for flowers so I stamped and punched a few to decorate the biggest tag. The 3 sizes were also “a nod” to the 3 sizes of the rectangles. And, it isn’t a card until you add bling, so I added a few of my favorites… the Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels.
That “note of thanks” is from the Wildlife Wonder stamp set. It’s probably the sentiment I’ve used the most from that set. Yup, you guessed it. It’s retiring as well on April 30, 2024.

Techniques across the Border Classes

Join Melva and me to learn (or learn more) about a new technique each month. Our class will be held via Zoom on the 3rd Saturday of the month from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM Eastern Time. We will explore the technique and make 4 projects in each class.
There are 2 options for each class:
Option 1 – Class Cost $35 and includes 4 projects and a selection of supplies you need to make the projects
Option 2 – If you have the products for the technique – Class Cost FREE with an order of at least $35 before shipping and taxes
